OUR MESSAGE TO YOU FOR REMEMBRANCE DAY ON 11 NOVEMBER.
We are pleased to provide you with our pamphlet in relation to the observance of Remembrance Day, and the ongoing work of the Fromelles Association. At 11.00am on 11 November wherever you are, may you take time to reflect on what our service men, service women, and medical and nursing staff have done and continue to do, for our benefit and our protection.
WITHDRAWAL FROM GOVERNOR-GENERAL'S OPEN DAY 12 NOVEMBER
It is with regret that we have to advise of our withdrawal from the Governor-General's Open Day at Canberra on 12 November. Weather has not been kind to much of the country, and Canberra is no exception. The grounds would resemble a quagmire by the end of the day if the event were to proceed, so we have taken the decision to withdraw from it, and await advice as to a new date in 2023. We will keep you posted.
